What materials are used in Neemans shoes?
We pride ourselves on using sustainable, natural materials including premium Merino Wool, recycled PET bottles, and natural rubber to ensure maximum comfort and minimal environmental impact.
How do I find the right size for me?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. Our shoes generally fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest opting for the larger size for the best fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. To be eligible, the footwear must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
How long does shipping usually take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and up to 7 days for other regions.
Are Neemans shoes machine washable?
Yes, our Merino Wool and ReLive Knit collections are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles and laces, use a gentle cycle with cold water, and always air dry them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
